SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAI:MI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
' SR*311 The laying underground of an 8" terra cotta
sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and appur-
tenances.
At or near the centerline of West Twenty-fourth
Terrace from a point at or near the centerline
of Flamingo Place to a point at or near the
centerline of Pine Tree Drive;
At or near the centerline of Pine Tree Drive from
a point at or near the centerline of West 24th
Terrace to a point approximately three hundred
(300) feet south of the south line, produced westerly
of West Twenty-fourth (24th) Street.
I Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sanitary
sewer lateral from the main sewer to the line of the
proposed new Fire Station.
As said Terrace, Place, Drive and Street are
shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 68,
and in Plat Book 26, Page 13, Public Records of
Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the expense of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of Plans and Specifica-
tions and Estimates, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided
for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front
foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-311, rn d the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-311.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 1st DAY OF December A.D.1938.
