RESOLUTION NC . 4431
A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
IMPROVEMENT.
HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-199 DISTRICT H-199
WHEREAS, HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-199,
• District H-199 , has been completed and acceptance of
said improvement recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, -DE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida , that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10 :0O o 'clock A. M. on December
21st , A. D. 1938 , at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of December,
A. D. 1938 .
