A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND PERMITTING
CARTER' S RIVIERA CLUB , INC. (A CORPORA-
TION NOT FOR PROFIT) TO OPERATE A PRIVATE
CLUB IN THAT CERTAIN BUILDING KNOWN AND
DESCRIBED AS NO. 1637 COLLINS AVENUE,
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That on application of Carter' s Riviera Club, Inc. (a
corporation not for profit) to operate a private club in that
certain building known and described as No. 1637 Collins Avenue,
Miami Beach, Florida, a permit as requested is hereby granted,
and the proper officials of the City of Miami Beach are author-
ized and directed to issue to Carter' s Riviera Club, Inc. (a
corporation not for profit) a permit for the use and operation
of a private club in the building- situate upon the above des-
cribed real property.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of December, A. D. , 1938 ,
at Miami Beach, Dade County , Florida.
