SANITARY SEWER
I:;IPROVE 'IENT SR-311 DISTRICT SR-311
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 1st day of December 1938, ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-311 District SR-311
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 2lstday of
December 193g , at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
of clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mani Beech, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-311 , District SR-311 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $1,135.20 is
hereby authorized to be set up from Budgetary Item 181-N
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
