A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING OF PROP-
ERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN OBJECTIONS TO
THE CONFIRMATION OF AN ASSESSL'xNT ROLL.
FILL IMPROVEMENT F-1 DISTRICT F-1
WHEREAS , preliminary assessment roll has been
completed by the City Engineer and filed by him with the
City Clerk, on the above described improvement in accord-
ance with the provisions of Sections 29 and 30 , of the
City ChR.rter.
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk cause
notice to be given in accordance with said City Charter
that a meeting of the City Council will be held. at 10:00
o i clock A. M. January_._ gz$ 19 39, at which
time all interested persons may appear and file written ob-
jections to the confirmation of said roil.
