RESOLUTION NO. 4465
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City- of Miami Beach,
Florida, on its own initiative will consider the amending,
supplementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the
regulations, restrictions, and/or boundaries as provided in
Ordinance No. 259, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of
Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit :
That the use and area regulations of the
following described property, to-wit :
BLOCKS 1 AND 2, BISCAYNE POINT, according
to a Plat recorded in Plat Book 14, at
Page 35, Public Records of Dade County,
Florida,
be amended, changed and modified so as to change said property
from its present Use Regulation "RE" Multiple Family District
classification, to what is known as "RD" Single Family District
classification,
and so as to change said property from its present Area Regula-
tion District No. 9 to what is known as Area Regulation District
No. 10.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called for the 15th day of February, A. D. , 1939, at 10:00
o' clock A. M. , in the Council CChambers at the City Hall, Miami
Beech, Florida, for the purpose as above set forth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by said
Ordinance No. 259.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of January, A. D. , 1939.
