RESOLUTION NO. 4466
SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS DISTRICTS SK-87,
SK-87, 89, 90 and 91 89 , 90 and 91
WHEREAS , SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS 89, 90
and 91, DISTRICTS SK-87, 89, 90 and 91 have been completed
and acceptance of said improvements recommended by the City
Manager and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter of
said City, that a meeting of the City Council will be held
at 10:00 o'clock A. M. , on February 15th, A. D. , 1939 , at
the City Hall, at which time and place said City Council
will hear any objections of persons interested in or af-
fected by the said improvements as to the acceptance there-
of by the City Council.
