BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. , February
15th , A. D. 19.39 , it would hear any objections of per-
sons interests:: in or affected by the above designated
improvements as to the acceptance thereof, and no ob-
jections having been presented, said improvement' as
completed, be and the same arehereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February
