RESOLUTION NO. 4480
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BE CH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-313 The laying underground of an eighteen (18) inch
terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes
and appurtenances.
At or near the center line of Seventy-fifth (75th)
Street from a point at or near the westerly line
of Block Thirty (30) , Altos Del Mar Number Three (3)
to a point at or near the centerline of Byron Avenue.
The laying underground of a twelve (121 . inoh terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances
At or near the centerline of Seventy-fifth (75th)
Street from a point at or near the centerline of
Byron Avenue to a point at or near the easterly
line of Block One (1) , said Altos Del Mar Number
Three (3) .
As said Street , Avenue,Blocks and Subdivision are
shown in Plats recorded in Plat Book Eight (8) ,
at Page Forty-one (41) , and in Plat Book Thirty-four
(34) , at Page Four (4) , of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida, and as said Street and Avenue
&renamed and designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk, Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings ,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc . , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conduct-
ing the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount
to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-313, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-313.
