WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted. on the 1st day of March, 1939, ordered the Sanitary
Sewer Improvement SR-31j Jistiict SR -313, end has prepared
and filed with the City Clerk plans and specifications of
such improvement end an estimate of the cost thereof, includ-
ing an estimate of the cost of the incidentalexpenses of
said improvement, end whereas due notice by publication as
required by the City Charter has been made that the City
Council would on the 15th day of March , 1939, at the City
Hall in said City et 10:00 o' clock A. M. , receive and hear
objections of all persons interested to the confirmation of
said resolution ordering said improvement , and no objections
having been presented at the time and place aforesaid.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Flori da, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer Improvement
SR-313, District SR-313, be and the same is hereby confirmed,
and appropriations of $5411.45 and $1456. 75 are hereby
authorized to be set up from Bond Fund Surplus and Budgetary
Item 181-N, respectively, the City Council hereby declaring
its intention to proceed with City forces without contract.
