BE IT RESOLVED 3Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-316 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of Sheridan Avenue from
the south line, produced westerly, of LTt Eighteen
(18) , Block One (1) , Orchard Subdivision Number 4,
to the south line, produced westerly of Lot Nineteen
(19) , said Block One (1) .
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of Lot Nineteen (19) ,
as a part of the main improvement.
As said Avenue, Lots , Block and Subdivision are shown
on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Twent.. -five ( 25) , at
Page Thirty (30) of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk, Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specificattions
and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conduct-
ing the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all ^roceedinge, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR -316, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-316.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS_ 15th DAY OF March A.D. 1939.
