RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
ENGINEER TO MAKE APPLICATION TO THE
WAR DEPARTMENT OF THE UNITED STATES
FOR PERMISSION TO CONSTRUCT A SEA-
WALL, DREDGE AND PLACE FILL IN LAKE
PANCOAST.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That M. N. Lipp, City Engineer for said City, be
and he is hereby directed and authorized to make app19-.
cation to the War Department of the United. States for
permission to construct a seawall, dredge and place
fill in Lake Pancoast, situated at the southerly extrem-.
ity of Indian Creek in the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
and to make such application in the name of said City or
in his own name as representative of said. City.
