RESOLUTION NO. 4502
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-318 SR-318
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered. to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
0harter:
SR-318 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch
terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenances .
At or near the southeasterly curb line of
Alton Road from a point at or near the south-
westerly curb line of North Michigan Avenue
to apoint at or near the southwesterly line,
produced northwesterly, of Lot Three (3) ,
Block Eleven-A, (11-A) , Resubdivision of Block 11-A,
Island Vies: Addition.
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer
lateral from the main sewer to the line of
Lots Two (2) and Three (3) , of said Block Eleven A
(li-A) , as a part of the main improvement.
As said Road, Avenue , Lots, Block and Resubdivision
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Forty (40
Page 2welve (12) , of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including; an estimate of the cost
of preliminary and. other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices, the preparation of bonds,
interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and
any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings
and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-318, and the property
against which assessments theref ;r may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated. as District SR318.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 5th DAY OF April A.D.1939.
