SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS SR-3l7 and 318 DISTRICTS SR-317 and 3lg
WHEREAS, on the 5th day of April , 1939, the
City Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering
the improvement designated asSanitary Sewer Improvements SR-317
and 3l8 , Distrlasp1317 and directed the City Engineer to
prepare and ffTe p'!` ns and specifications of such improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and speci-
fications and estimate of cost ani estimate of incidental
expenses have been filed by the City Engineer with the City
Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Cty Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted
at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach,
Miami Beach Police Station and Liberty Avenue Fire Station,
in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that a% a meet-
in of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 19thday of
April, , 1939, . at 10:00 o' clock A. M. , the City Council
will hear the objections of all persons interested to the
confirmation of said resolutiore ordering said improvement.
