RESOLUTION NO. 4504
DISTRICT HI'-HWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-207 H-207
BE IT RESOLVED THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the followin , described improvement is
hereby ordered. to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
H207: EUCLID AVENUE from the southerly line of Lot
Five (5) , Block Forty-eight (48) , Ocean Beach
Addition Number 3, to the southerly line of
Fifteenth (15th) Street, to be paved, and where
heretofore paved, to be repaved to a width of
fifty (50) feet with a bituminous wearing
surface on a ten (10) inch rock base.
Together with necessary drainage, sewer• inlets,
manholes and catch basins, and improved on both
sides with a- concrete curb and gutter.
As said Addition, Avenue and Street are shown
on Plats recorded in Plat Book Two (2) Page
Eighty-one (81) , and Plat Book Nine (9) ,
Paged Sixty-nine (69) and Seventy (70) and
One hundred forty-seven (147) , of the Public
Recordsof Dade County, Florida, and as said
Avenue is named and designated in Ordinance No.232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices, the ?reparation of bonds,
interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and
any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings
and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement H-207, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall
be designated as Ditrict H-207.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 5th DAY OF April A.D.1939.
