• RESOLUTION NO. 4505
HIGHWAY DISTRICT H--207
IMPROVEMENT H-207
WHEREAS, on the 5th day of April , 1939, the
City Council passed and adopted r resolution ordering
the improvement designated as Highway Improvement
H-207 , District H-207, and directed the City Engineer to
Prepare and file plans and specifications of such improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and speci-
fications and estimate of cost end estimate of incidental
expenses have been filed by the City En?ineer with the City
Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted
at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach,
Miami Beach Police Station and Liberty Avenue Fire Station,
in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that ar, a meet-
ing of the Citr Council of Miami Beach on the 19thday of
April, , 1939 , at 10:00 o' clock A. M. , the City Council
will hear t'.1e objegtions of all persons interested to the
confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April ,
