BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
• OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said. City
Council to be held at 10 : 00 o' clock A. M. , April
19th , A. D. 19 39, it would hear any objections
•
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignated improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvement ,
as completed, be and the same is hereby accepted.
