Resolution 4519 RESOLUTION NO. 4519
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, have been petitioned to consider the amending, sup-
plementing, changi_ng, modifying and/or repealing of the reg-
ulations, restrictions, and/or boundaries as provided in
Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of
Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
That the use regulation of the following described
property, to-wit:
Block 121 and the East one-half of Block 122, Lenox
Manor Subdivision, according to a plat recorded in
Plat Rook 7 at Page 15, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida,
be amended so as to change said property from its present "RDD" ,
Modified Single-family District Classification, to what is
known as "RE" , IMultiple-family District Classification, as said
use regulations are described in Ordinance No. 289, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing
be called for the 17th day of May, A. D. , 1939, at 10:00 o' clock
A.M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the purpose as above set forth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place
andobject of such hearing be published as is provided by said
Ordinance No. 289.
