Resolution 4521 RESOLUTION NO. 4521
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, on its own initiative will consider the amending,
supplementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the
regulations, restrictions, and/or boundaries as provided in
Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of
Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit :
That the Area Regulation on the following de-
scribed property, to-wit :
Lots 1 to 6 inclusive, Block 1, Lots 1 to 10
inclusive, Block 28, Lots 1 to 10 inclusive,
Block 29, Lots 1 to 9 inclusive, Block 55 and
Lots 1 to 10 inclusive, Block 56, of Fisher' s
First Subdivision of Alton Beach, according to
a plat recorded in Plat Book 2, at Page 77, of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
be amended so as to change the above described land from its
present Area Regulation District No. 24 to what is known as Area
Regulation District No. 16, and also
That the Area Regulation on the following de-
scribed property, to-wit :
Lots 7 to 14 inclusive, Block 1, Lots 11 to
20, inclusive, Block 28, Lots 11 to 20 inclu-
sive, Block 29 , Lots 10 to 18, inclusive,
Block 55 and Lots 11 to 20, inclusive, Block
56, of Fisher' s First Subdivision of Alton
Beach, according to a plat recorded in Plat
Book 2, at Page 77, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida,
be amended so as to change the above described land from its
present Area Regulation District No. 25 to what is known as Area
Regulation District Nc. 12.
NOW, THEFEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called for the 24th day of May, A. D. 1939, at 10:00 o' clock
A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the -urpose as above set forth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by Said
Ordinance No. 289.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of May, A. D. , 1939.
