BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10 : 00 o' clock A. M. , May
3rd , A. D. 19 39 ,it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des•-
ignated improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvement ,
as completed, be and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of May,
