RESOLUTION NO.4532
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been petitioned to consider the amending, supple-
menting, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the regula-
tions, restrictions, and/or boundaries as provided in Ordinance
No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach,
Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
That the Area Regulation on the following de-
scribed property, to-wit:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 1-A; Lots 1 to 5, inclu-
sive, Block 1; Lots 1 to 9, inclusive, Block
2; Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, Block 3 and Lots
1 to 7 , inclusive, Block 4, all in Sunset Lake
Extension, a subdivision of a part of Amended
Plat of Revised Plat Sunset Islands, in the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, according to plat
recorded in Plat Book 44 at Page 23, Public Rec-
ords of Dade County, Florida,
be amended so as to change the above described land from its
present Area Regulation District No. 7 to what is known as Area
Regulation District No. 8.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called for the 5th day of July, A. D. , 1939 , at 10:00 o'clock
A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the purpose as above set forth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time , place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by said
Ordinance No. 289.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of May, A. D. , 1939.
