RESOLUTION NO. 4542
WATERFRONT
IMPROVEMENT BH-g DISTRICT BH-g
WHEREAS, on the22nd day of June , 1939, the
City Council passed and adopted n resolution ordering
. the imnrovement designated as Waterfront Improvement
BH-8 , Distr .ctBH-8 , and directed the City Engineer to
prepare and file pans and specifications of such improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the iricide,.taloxpenses, and the said plans and speci-
fications and estimate of cost and estimate of incidental
expenses have been filed by the City En'ineer with the City
Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted
at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach,
Miami Beach Police Station and Libnrty Avenue Fire Station,
in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that at a meet-
ing of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 5th day of
July, , 1939 , at 10:00 o' clock A. M. , the City Council
will hear ne objections of all persons interested to the
confirmation of said. resolution ordering said improvement.
