SANITARY SE'rER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intentions to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-320 The laying underground of an eight inch (S") terra
cotta sanitary sewerrand necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of the alley north of West
41st Street,from a point at or near the centerline of
Chase Avenue to a point at or near the west line,pro-
duced northerly, of Lot 36, Block 2, Nursery Subdivi-
sion.
Together with a six inch ( 6") terra cotta serer lateral
to the line of Lot 36 as a part of the main improvement.
As said Street, Avenue, Lot, Block and Subdivision are
shown on a plat recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 66 of
the Public Records of Dade County Florida..
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk, Plans and specifications of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys , the inspec-
tion and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans
and specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of
notices and proceedings,the preparation of bonds, interest during
construction,legal servic[es,abstracts,etc. ,and any other expenses
necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein
provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each
front foot of abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings,assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Serer Improvement SR-320,and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
ahall be designated as District SR-320.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 22nd. DAY OF June A.D.1939.
