SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made: the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 3n of the nits
_Charter:
SP-321 The laying underground of an eight (g) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances .
At or near the east line of a tract lying one hundred
(100) feet west of the west line of lot 1 , Block
1 , Lincoln Road Subdivision "A" , from a point at or
near the south line,produced westerly, of Lincoln
Lane, to a point at or near the north line of said
tract; also at or neat the north line of said tract
from a point at or near the east line of said tract
to a point at or near the west line of said tract.
Together with a six ( 6) inch terracotta serer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of said tract as a
part of the main improvement.
As said tract, lot, block, Subdivision and Lane are
shown on a plat recorded in Plat Book 34 Page 66
Public Records of Dade County Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk, Plans and Specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys , the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimates , the printing and publication of
notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during
construction,legal services, abstracts, etc. ,and any other expenses
necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein
provided for; and the estimated amount to he assessed against
each front foot of abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-321 , and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-321 .
