RESOLUTION NO. 4555
SANITARY SEWS.
IMPROVEMENTS SR-320 end SR-321 DISTRICTS SR-320 and 321
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of June , 1939, the
City Council passed and adopted .9 resolution ordering
the improvement designated as Sanitary Sewer Improvements SR-320
and Sp.-3?1Distri.cts g 20 and directed the Cit-r Engineer to
prepare and file fAanPmr3alspecifications of such improve-
. mentsand an eE.timate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and speci-
fications and estimate of cost and estimate of incidental
expenses have been filed by the City Engir_eer with the City
Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the Cit,:r Clerk shall cause to be posted
at the door of the City Hall to the City of Miami Beach,
Miami Beach Police Station and Liberty Avenue Fire Station,
in the City of Miami Deaoh, a notice stating that ar, a meet-
ing of the Cit - Council of Miami Beach on the cath day of
July , 1939 , at 10:00 o* clock A. M. , the City Council
will hear t'le objections of all persons intorested to the
confirmation of saidresolution ordering said improvement.
