SANITARY SEVER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the constructioT of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-322 The laying underground of a ten (10) inch terra
cotta sanitary-asewerr.andinecesss.ry manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of the alley west of
Collins Avenue from a point at or near the
centerline of 75th Street to a point at or near
the centerline of 76th Street; end
The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances;
At or near the centerline of 76th Street from a
point at or near the centerline of the alley west of
Collins Avenue to a point at or near the east curb
line of said Collind Avenue;
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer
lateral from the main sewer to the line of each
fifty ( 50) feet of abutting prpperty in the said
alley,only, as a part of the main improvement.
As said alley,Avenues, and Streets are shown on
plats recorded in Plat Book S, Page 4, and In
Plat Book 31 ,P age 40, Public Records of Dade
County,Florida, and as said streets are named
and designated in Ordinance No 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk, Plans and Specifications of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspec-
tion and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans
and specifications and estimates, the printing and publication
of notices and proceedings,the preparation of bonds, interest during
construction,legal services ,abstracts,etc. , and any other expenses
necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work
herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings,assess-
ments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-322, and the
property against which assessments therefor may be made for the
cost thereof, shall be designated as District SR-322.
