SANITARY SETER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-325 The laying undergrtund of an eight ( g) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer, and necessary manholes and appur—
tenances.
At or near the east curb line of Collins Avenue,from
a point at or near the centerline of 76th Street , to
a point at or near the south line, produced westerly,
of Lot 11 , Block 1 , Harding Townsite.
Together with a six ( 6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of each fifty(50) feet
of abutting property as a part of the main improvement.
As said Avenue,Street, Lot, Block and Townsite are
shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book 31 , Page 40, and
in Plat Book 34, Page 4, Public Records of Dade County
Florida, and as said Avenue and Street are named and
designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk, Plans and Specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof including en estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work , the preparation of plane and
specifications and estimates,the printing and publication of
notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during
construction,legal services, abstracts,etc. ,and any other expenses
necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein
provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each
front foot of abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR 325, andthe property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the coat thereof
shall be designated as District SR-325.
