SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered tr be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
itis intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter.
SR-326 The laying undergrdrund of an eight (g) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of the alley west of
Collins Avenue from a point at or near the center-
line of 75th Street to a point at or near the
south line, produced easterly, of Lot 10, Block
9, Harding Townsite.
Together with a six ( 6) inch terra cotta sewer
lateral from the main sewer to the line of each
fifty (50) feet of abutting property as a part
of the main improvement.
As said. Alley, Avenue, Street, Lot, Block and Townsite
are shown on a plat recorded in Plat Book 34, Page
4, Public Records of Dade County Florida; and as
said Avenue and Street are named and designated in
Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk, Plans and Specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys , the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the nrenaration of plans and
specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of
notices and proceedings , the preparation of bonds, interest during
construction, legal services , abstracts, etc. , and any other
expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and
work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings,assess-
ments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-326, and the
property against which assessments therefor may be made for the
cost thereof shall be designated as District SR-326.
