BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
ChPrter;
SR-327 The laying undergrtund of a fifteen (15) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and appur-
tenances.
At or near the centerlind of Byron Avenue from a
point at or near the centerline of 75th Street to
a point at of near the centerline of 80th Street.
The laying underground of a twelve (12) inch terra
cottasanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or neer the centerline of 80th Street from a
point at or near the centerline of Byron Avenue
to a point at or near the centerline of Abbott
Avenue
The laying underground of a ten(10) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of 80th Street from a
point at or near the centerline of Abbott Avenue
to a point at or near the centerline of the alley
west of Collins Avenue.
As said alley, Streets , and Avenues are shown on a
plat recorded in Plat Book S, Page 41 ,Public Records
of Dade County Florida , and as satd Streets ,Abbott
Avenue and Byron Avenue are named and designated
in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk, Plans and Specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of pland and
specifications and estimates,the printing and publication of
notices and proceedings, the r_reparation of bonds, interest during
construction, legal services, abstracts ,etc. ,and any other expenses
necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein
provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed againdt each
front foot of abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvements, SR-327, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-327.
