WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of June , 1939 , the
City Council passed and adopted ?. resolution ordering
the improvement designated as Sanitary Sewer Improvements SR-322 td
SR-�27,incl, ,Distri.ct 4-3 2 apd irected the City Engineer to
prepare and fi.l p R n n ecifi cations of such improve--
mentsand an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and speci-
fications and estimate of cost and estimate of incidental
expenses have been filed by the City En7ineer with the City
Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted
at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach,
Miami Beach Police Station and Liberty Avenue Fire Station,.
in the City of Miami. Beach, a notice stating that at a meet-
ing of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 5th day of
July , 1939 at 10:00 o' clock A. M. , the City Council
will hear Vie objections of all persons interested the
confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of June ,
