RESOLUTION NO, 45154
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
ACCEPTING THE WORK ON THE DADE
BOULEVARD FIRE STATION.
WHEREAS, C. F. WHEELER COMPANY, contractors, have sub-
stantially completed the construction of the Dade Boulevard
Fire Station under their Contract A, as of June 15th, 1939 ,
and
WHEREAS, Robert L. Weed, Architect, Inc. , have made
final inspection of the said construction as of June 20th,
1939, finding the building substantially completed in ac-
cordance with plans and specifications , and
WHEREAS, the said Architects have furnished to the
City of Miami Beach complete releases of liens on said
structure, as required by the contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the said Dade Boule-
vard Fire Station is hereby accepted for and in behalf of
the City of Miami peach, Florida, and final estimate to the
contractor, C. F. Wheeler Company, on said contract is here-
by authorized to be paid.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of July, A. D. , 1939.
