A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICA-
TIONS OF STREETS ON RIVO ALTO ISLAND,
DI LIDO ISLAND AND SAN MARINO ISLAND.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, that that certain instrument of dedication,
executed under date of June 25, 1939 , by and between G. 0.
Palmer, as surviving receiver of The Bay Biscayne Improvement
Company, party of the first part, and each and every, all and
singular the respective owners of any lot or lots on Rivo
Alto Island, Di Lido Island, San Marino Island and San Marco
Island, their successors, heirs and assigns, parties of the
second part, and the public in general, party of the third part,
be and the same is hereby accepted for and in behalf of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, so far as same pertains to Rivo
Alto Island, Di Lido Island and San Marino Island.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of July, A. D. , 1939.
