Resolution 4586 RESOLUTION NO. 4586
WHEREAS, our esteemed Fellow Citizen and Pioneer,
Mr. Thomas J. Pancoast, will on Thursday, July 13th, 1939,
pass another milestone marking the 74th anniversary of his
birth, and
WHEREAS, the citizens of this City and this entire
area are greatly indebted to this man of tireless energy
who has so long been in the forefront in many fields of
civic and community betterment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that we do hereby
heartily congratulate our friend "T. J. " on this occasion
and we do further wish for him on behalf of this Body and
also in behalf of all our citizens, "MANY HAPPY RETURNS
OF THE DAY" .
