RESOLUTION NO. 1 591
RESOLUTION ORDERING THE FILING OF BIDS
FOR LANDSCAPING FOR THE DADE BOULEVARD
E STATION
WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement , bids for the land—
scaping of the Dade Boulevard Fire Station have been filed
by the following Bidders :
Exotic Gardens , Inc.
Auxier Landscape Company
Kinsman's
that said bids have been duly received, opened and publicly
read:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH , FLORIDA, that the bids listed in
the preamble hereof be filed and presented to Robert L. Weed,
Architect , Inc. , Architect, and that the said Robert L. Weed,
Architect, Inc. , is hereby directed forthwith to tabulate
said bids, and at the earliest practicable moment , report to
this City Council , his findings as to the lowest and beat bid.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of July , A. D. , 1939.
