RESOLUTION NO. 4599
HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-211 DISTRICT H-211
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of August , 1939 , the
City Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering
. the improvement designated as Highway Improvement
H-211 , Distri.ct H-211, and directed the City Engineer to
prerare and file plans and specifications of such improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and speci-
fications and estimate of cost and estimate of incidental
expenses have been filed by the City Engineer with the City
Clerk.
- THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the Cit- Clerk shall cluse to be pasted
at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach,
Miami Beach Police Station and Liberty Avenue Fire Station,
in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that at a meet-
ing of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 6th day of
Septefiber , 1939 , at 10: 00 o' clock A. M. , the City Council
will r �.r t'�e objections of a all rereens interested tr+ the
confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement .
