The Audit Committee would like you to be aware of the following three motions that were approved at their
March 22, 2018 meeting:
Motion 1: The Audit Committee has appointed Bryan Rosenfeld as Chairperson of the Audit Committee.

Motion 2: The Audit Committee has appointed Michael Weil as Vice Chairperson of the Audit Committee.

Motion 3: The Audit Committee requests the City Manager to ensure that the Information Technology
Department is turning off the application access control timely upon termination of City employees and
reassessing internal controls when staff transfers departments.
