Resolution 4603 RESOLUTION NO. 4603
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami. Beach, Florida,
have been petitioned to consider the amending, supplementing, chang-
ing, modifying and/or repealing of the regulations, restrictions,
and/or boundaries as provided in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as
the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth,

That Section 15 of said Ordinance No. 289 be
amended by adding thereto the following:
"Section 10: In all R. C. Estate Districts,
every residence hereafter construct-
ed shall provide a minimum cubic foot content of
30,000 cubic feet, exclusive of porte-cocheres,
open porches and/or similar features.
Section 11: In all R. D. Single Family Districts,
each residence hereafter constructed
shall provide a minimum cubic foot content of
20,000 cubic feet, exclusive of porte-cocheres,
open porches and/or similar features.
Section 12: All Single Family residences hereafter
constructed in R. E. Districts, shall
provide a minimum cubic foot content of 16,000 cubic
feet, exclusive of porte-cocheres, open porches and/or
similar features,"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be called
for the 13th day of September, 1939 , at 10:00 o' clock A. M. , in the
Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the pur-
poses as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place and object
of such hearing be published as is provided by said Ordinance.
