Resolution 4604 RESOLUTION NO. 4604
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
have been petitioned to consider the amending, supplementing, chang-
ing, modifying and/or repealing of the regulations, restrictions,
and./or boundaries as provided in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known
as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami. Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set
forth, to-wit :
That the Use Regulation of the following de-
scribed property, to-wit :
Blocks numbered 1, 3, 6, 7 and 10, of Biscayne
Point, in the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
according to a plat recorded in Plat Book 14
at Page 35, Public Records of Dade County ,
Florida,
be changed from their present Use Regulation "RD" Single Family
District to what is known as "RC" Estate District , as said use regula-
tions are described in Ordinance No. 289, as amended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be called
for the 13th day of September, 1939, at 10:00 orclock A. Mb , in the
Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the pur-
poses as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place and object
of such hearing be published as is provided by said Ordinance,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August, A. Db , 1939 .
