Resolution 4605 RESOLUTION NO. 4605
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
have been petitioned to consider the amending, supplementing, chang-
ing, modifying and/or repealing of the regulations, restrictions,
and/or boundaries as provided in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known
as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set
forth, to-wit:
That the Area Regulation of the following des-
cribed property, to-wit :
Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Di Lido Island, and
Blocks 1, 2, 3 and 4 of San Marino Island, ac-
cording to Plats recorded in Plat Book 8 at Page 36,
and Plat Book 9, at Page 22, respectively, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
be changed from their present Area Regulation District No. 21 to
Area Regulation District No. 20, and also
That the Area Regulation of the following des-
cribed property, to-wit :
Blocks 6, 7, 8 and 9 and Lots 1, 2, 3 and LI-
in
in Block 5 and Lots 4, 5, 6 and 7 in Block 10
of' Rivo Alto Island; and Blocks 7, 8, 99 10,
11, 12, 13 and 14 of Di Lido Island; and Blocks
5, 6, 7 and 8 of San Marino Island; according to
Plats recorded in Plat Book 7, at Page 74, Plat
Book 8 at Page 36 and Plat Book 9 at Page 22,
respectively, of' the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida,
be changed from their respective present Area Regulation Districts
to a new Area Regulation District to be designated "No. 38", and
also
That the following item be added to Section 16
of said Ordinance immediately following District
No. 37:
"DISTRICT NO. 3S. There shall be a front yard.
having a depth of not less than thirty ( 30) feet.
There shall be a rear yard having a depth of not
less than five (5) feet. There shall be a side
yard having a width of not less than ten ( 10)
feet on either side of a building. "
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be called
for the 13th day of September, 1939, at 10 :00 o' clock A. M. , in the
Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the
purposes as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place and
object of such hearing be published as is provided by said Ordi-
nance.
