Resolution 4606 RESOLUTION NO. 4606
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, on its own initiative will consider the amending,
supplementing, chancing, modifying and/or repealing of the
regulations , restrictions, and/or boundaries as provided
in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance
of Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit :
Blocks 2A and 2B, Espanola Villas, in the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, as same is shown on
a plat recorded in Plat Book 7 at Page 145,
Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
so as to change its present use regulation to what is known
as "BA" Business District, and
so as to change said property from its present Area Regula-
tion Listrict No. 16, to District No. 19, as said Districts
are described in Section 16 of said Ordinance No. 289, as
amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing
be called for the 13th day of September, 1939 , at 10:00
o'clock A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall,
Miami Beach, Florida, for the purposes as above set forth,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by
said Ordinance.
