RESOLUTION NO. 4607
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, have been petitioned to consider the amending,
supplementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the
regulations , restrictions, and/or boundaries as provided in
Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance
of Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit :
That the use regulation of the follow-
ing described property, to-wit :
Block 43, Miami View Section, Part 3,
Isle of Normandy, acco»ding to a plat
recorded in Plat Book 140 at Page 33,
Public Records of Dade county , Florida,
be changed from its present Use Regulation "RE" Multiple-
Family District to what is known as "RD" Single Family
District, as said use regulations are described in Ordinance
No. 289, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing
be called for the 13th day of September, 1939 , at 10:00
o'clock A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall,
Miami Beach, Florida, for the purposes as above set forth,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, olace
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by
said Ordinance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August , A. D. , 1939.
