Resolution 4608 RESOLUTION NO. 4608
WHEREAS, the City Council have been petitioned to
consider the amending and/or repealing of the regulations ,
restrictions and/or boundaries, as provided in Ordinance
No. 2£ 9, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami
Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit :
All of Blocks Nos. 1 to 30, inclusive,
in Altos Del Mar No. 3; and all of
Blocks Nos . 1 to 7, inclusive, Hayn#s-
worth Beach Subdivision, according to
plats recorded in Plat Book at Page
41 and Plat Book 41 at Page 2, respec-
tively, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida,
so as to change said property from its present Area Regula-
tion District No. 17 to either District No. 14 or District
No. 16, as same may be determined after an expression of
opinion is received from the interested property owners,
as said Area Districts are described in Section 16 in said
Ordinance No. 289, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing
be called for the 13th day of September, 1939, at 10:00
o' clock A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall,
Miami Beach, Florida, for the purpose as above set forth,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time , place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by
said Ordinance No. 289.
