SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS SR-329 and 330 DISTRICTS SR-329 and 330
WHEREAS, on the 16th day of August ) 1939 , the
City Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering
the improvement designated as Sanitary Sewer Improvements SR-329 and
330 Distr .cts Sgt-Mand directed the City Engineer to
prepare and file *tn� nd specifications of such improve--
mentsand an eetiTate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the incidental :expenses, and the said plans and speci-
fications and estimate of cost a,n' estimate of incidental
expenses have been filed by the City En?i.leer with the City
Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the C;_ :y Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall ea,use to be posted
at the door of the City Hall in the City of. Miami Beach,
Miami Beach Police Station and Liberty Avenue Fire Station,
in the City or Miami Beach, a notice stat{ rsr that at a meet-
ing of the Cit-•r Council of Miami Beach on the 6thdaay of
Repte'mber, 1939 , st 10:00 o' clock A. r; . , the City Council
will hear t'le objections of all persons interested to the
confirmation of saidresolutionsordering s;tid improvement&
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August ,
