HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-21 4 DISTRICT H-214
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on thel6th day of August 193 9, ordered the
Highway Improvement , H-214,
District H-21 -,
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the in-
cidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Corncil would on the 6th day of
September 1939 , at the City Hail in said City at 10:00
o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution order-
ing said improvement , and no objections having been pre-
sented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami peach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Highway
Improvement H-21k,
District H-214 , be and the same is hereby
confirmed, and an appropriation of $ 9,350.00 is
hereby authorized to be set up from Budgetary Item
281-S, the City Council hereby declar-
ing its intention to proceed with City forces without contract .

1939 .
