A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
ACCEPTING THE LANDSCAPING WORK
ON THE DADE BOULEVARD FIRE STATION
WHEREAS, KINSMANTS, landscaping contractors, have
substantially completed the landscaping work on the Dade
Boulevard Fire Station under their contract, as of July
31st, 1939, and
WHEREAS, Robert Le Weed, Architect, Inc. , have made
final inspection of said landscaping work as of August 24th,
1939, finding the work substantially completed in accordance
with plans and specifications, and
WHEREAS, the said Architects have furnished to the City
of Miami Beach complete releases of liens on said work, as
required by the contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the said landscaping
on the said Dade Boulevard Fire Station is hereby accepted
for and in behalf of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, and
final estimate to the contractor, Kinsmanls, on said contract
is hereby authorized to be paid subject to the provisions of
contract.
