Resolution 4636 RESOLUTION NO. 4636
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, the Certificate
of the Inspectors and Clerk who conducted the Primary Elec—
tion held August 25th, 1939, for the election of a Trustee
for Group 3 of the Employees Retirement System of the City
of Miami Beach, in accordance with the provisions of Resolu—
tion No. 4601, as passed and adopted by the City Council on
August 7th, 1939, and
WHEREAS, the said City Council has canvassed
said returns and certificate,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of said City that they hereby adopt the said Certificate as
the result of said Primary Election, and do hereby declare the
Trustee from Group 3 elected to the Board of the Employees Re—
tirement System to be as follows:
GROUP 3: FRANK HOBAN (Elected by 113 votes out of a to+al
of 210 votes cast, being a clear
majority at the Primary Election. )
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September, A.D. ,
1939.
