RESOLUTION NO. 4640
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-334 SR-334
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-334 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch
terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenance c.
At, or near the centerline of Carlyle Avenue
from a point at or near the centerline of
Seventy-fifth ( 75th) Street to a point fifty (50)
feet northerly of the northerly line of Seventy-
eighth (78th) Street.
As said Avenue and Streets are shown on plats
recorded in Plat Book Eight (8) , age Forty-one (41) ,
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and
as said. Streets and Avenue are named and designated
in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk, Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifica-
tions and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts , etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided
for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot
of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-354, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-334.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 6th DAY OF September, A.D .1039.
