A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
ACCEPTING THE EQUIPMENT FURNISHED
UNDER CONTRACT DESIGNATED AS "CON—
TRACT B" , FOR THE DADE BOULEVARD
FIRE STATION, AND DECLARING THE
ENTIRE PROJECT NOW COMPLETE AND AC—
CEPTING SAME AS A WHOLE.
WHEREAS, Washington Storage Company , Inc. , have substan-
tially completed the furnishing of equipment for the Dade
Boulevard Fire Station, pursuant to their "Contract B", and
WHEREAS, we are advised by Robert L. Weed, Architect,
. Inc. , that they find after final inspection that the furnish—
ing of equipment under "Contract B" was substantially completed
in accordance with specifications as of September 7th, 1939,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the said equipment, furnished
under "Contract B" be and the same is accepted as complete, for
and in behalf of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a result of the completion
of the said "Contract B" we do now hereby declare the Dade
Boulevard Fire Station project to be complete and same is hereby
accepted as a whole, for and in behalf of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September, A. D. , 1939.
