BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter;
H-209 ALTON COURT from Sixteenth (16th) Street to
Lincoln Road, to be paved, and where heretofore
paved, to be repaved to a width of twenty (20)
feet with a bituminous wearing =face on an
• eight (8) inch rock base.
Together with necessary drainage, serer inlets,
manholes and catch basins.
As said. Court, Street and Road are shown on
Plats recorded in Plat Book Six (6) Pages Five
( 5) and One hundred sixty-five (165) and as
said Court is named and desip7nated in Ordinance
No. 553.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the
inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of
plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and publica-
tion of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest
during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other .
expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and
work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-209, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost
thereof shall be designated as District H-209.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 22nd DAY OF September A.D.1939.
