DISTRICT SANITARY SEWER LATERAL
SL-15 IMPROVEMENT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COU'OIL OF THE CITY OF L IAL I BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed. under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SL-15 The laying underground of 6" terra cotta sewer laterals
_ as a separate improvement from the existing sanitary
sewer to the line of approximately each fifty (50) feet
of adjacent property.
In Alton Court from the north line of Sixteenth (16th)
Street to the south line of Lincoln Road.
As said Court , Street and Road are shown on Plats
recorded in Plat Book Mx (6) , Pages Five (5) and one
hundred sixty-five (165) , and as said Court is named
and designated. in Ordinance No. 553.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement with an
estimate of the cost, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys , the inspection and su Derintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the orepara.-
tion of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to
be assessed against the abutting property for each sewer lateral.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedin. s, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Lateral Improvement SL-15, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SL-15.
